Buyer’s Agent Service

6. Final Steps: Upon your approval, we complete the process and secure your ideal property.
7. Commission: Our fee is either a minimum of £4,000 per property or 2% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
New to Property?: We provide full support, working with agents and solicitors to ensure a smooth, hassle-free process of purchasing your next property.
